Walla Walla Sweet Onion Sausage White Chili

Think your chili is the best in town? That was the come-on to Walla Walla Farmers Market first chili cook-off held on Saturday October 1, 2005.

Contestants were judged on taste, presentation and originality of ingredients used.

Using our secret taste weapon of Walla Walla Sweet Onion Sausage as the base, we entered a White Chili in the Freestyle category.

After the judges had tasted all entries, the Walla Walla Sweet Onion Sausage White Chili was awarded a Blue Ribbon for best in Freestyle!
